    The Human Resources Coordinator provides assistance with and facilitates the human resource process for all Flintco office locations with a focus on providing recruiting, on-boarding, and general administrative support to the department and business units. This position could be located in either our Tulsa, OK or Austin, TX office. 

    Responsibilities

    • Recruiting Support (50%)
      • Creates, posts, and maintains active job postings with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
      • Reviews resumes for assigned open requisitions for qualification.
      • Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing.
      • Assists project sites in applicant screening, setting up pre-employment and developmental assessments.
      • Assists project sites with new hire orientation and onboarding plans.
      • Ensures developmental assessments are reviewed appropriately, work with the project sites to identify high potentials and establish development and training plans.
      • Performs education, reference, background and employment verification as necessary to support staffing project sites.
      • Provides regular status reports to Vice President and senior management.
      • Fields candidate/employee questions regarding policies and benefits.
      • Attend career fairs/industry events to cultivate relationships and increase network.
    • Onboarding Support (30%)
      • Verifies completion of new hire documents received from area office managers.
      • Completes Forms I-9 and verifies I-9 documentation.
      • Processes employee referral bonuses.
      • Inputs employee information into HRIS system regarding education, prior work history, training and certifications, etc.
    • General Administrative Support (20%)
      • Maintains confidential employee records and personnel files.
      • Inputs training data into HRIS and LMS systems.
      • Tracks formal goal setting process for employees.
      • Provides clerical and operational support to other human resource staff.
      • Runs reports from HRIS and LMS systems.

    Qualifications

    Education, Experience, and Skills

    Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent related experience.  Advanced level computer skills are required.  HRIS and ATS knowledge is preferred.  Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

    Effectively presents information to top management and other groups.

    Applies concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

    Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts and draws valid conclusions.

    Organizes and manages time, duties and activities efficiently.

     

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    None required.
